5 Need to know MASSAGE benefits

If you do not already know,  a few fabulous ladies and myself have teamed up to educate and change the world through massage.  We all have different stories but our drive, determination, and zest for life bring us together.  These ladies are amazing and I am thankful and overjoyed to have them apart of my life. I decided to make this post because these are 5 great benefits of massage.  Massages are a necessity disguised as a luxury.  Many think massages are only for special occasions or once a year, that only people with money get them, or that they just feel good. Truth be told massages are imperative and should be included in your routine to imporove your health and wellness.

(1) Natural detox: it taxes the immune system pushing toxins towards the lymph nodes. Drink lots of water after sessions to flush them out
(2) improves blood circulation: increases overall circulation of blood, lymph, & nutrients throughout body encouraging proper digestion, metabolic absorption, and respiration
(3) increases range of motion: by relaxing the tissue, the body starts to return to a natural state of homeostasis with increased elastin fibers heightening muscles load carrying ability & elongation
(4) decreases stress levels: during a massage the body releases "feel good hormones" such as serotonin & oxytocin that decrease stress levels & stress inducing hormones such as epinephrine and cortisol.
(5) healthy natural, noninvasive pain management regimen for certain ailments and conditions such as cancer, fibromyalgia, pregnancy, lupus, MS, arthritis, & osteoporosis

Feel free to comment any questions about massage you may have and one of our licensed massage therapist will respond promptly.
