Storms....

As I was driving to work getting my daily praise break listening to Pandora (Tasha Cobbs Station) this song (pictured) came on and it was as if God was whispering in my ear, letting me know that all  of my tears, pain, frustration, heartache, all of my trials and tribulations were not in vein. That song was right on time. I've been through alot but through it all God has been my comforter, my go to friend. No matter what you are going through or even what you have been through better is on the way. "Storms" do not last always. The other day it was a normal day no rain, a little sun and  nestled in between two clouds peaked a small rainbow.  It was a reminder of God's promises to me and to you as well. See God cannot lie, all that he can and will do is written. We must believe and have faith in his words. Now what baffles me is that we as people put all of our trust, faith, sometimes all of ourselves into PEOPLE.  What's funny is we are all people, we all fall short and make mistakes but GOD will never leave us, betray us, talk about us badly, manipulate us, degrade us, all the things that people who hurt us do. Yet, we still give him half of us and give these people our all. Crazy huh? We give people control and power over our emotions and as people we are all alike. Another person has NO control over where your going when this life is over. Take back your dignity, keep your head high and your faith higher GOD got you and your situation! =)
