Whenever I see someone with a cross on a necklace or bracelet or even a cross tattoo I wonder if they know how powerful that cross is. A lot of crosses are on clothes and jewelry as well as shoes and I sort of feel like its a mockery. Your wearing a cross but what are you doing to honor that holy symbol. Jesus GAVE his life on a cross. He died for the sins of OTHERS, he was selfless and gracious enough to do so yet we get the cross tatted for show. Its frustrating for sure to see people rocking cross earrings or a chain with a big bottle of cheap liquor or cups of something in both hands. I really wonder do these people know how sacred the cross is? I'm aware none of us living on this Earth is perfect nor can anyone come close to being as AWESOME as Jesus is and was. Maybe its just my personal thoughts but I really feel some type of way! Everyday I'm reminded that life is about CHOICES. My jesus decided to stay on that cross, he could have gotten down and told God that his people weren't worth him giving his life. But he didn't and now crosses are on everything being worn as "fashion". Ugh.... I digress.
