Ready to heal?

At times we have the tendency to put band aids over wounds that need stitches. It is perfectly fine to feel emotions! It is healthy, there is a process. Especially when anger is involved. There is no rule that says you can't be angry ever. You are entitled to your feelings. Do not feel pressured to act like things are sunshine and rainbows. You teach people how to treat you. If you need time to yourself simply express that in a way that can be received well. But do not walk around like "Perfect Patty" or "Perfect Patrick" and on the inside you are ready to explode. Be open and honest. If you can't be real an own up to your part in the situation or just be totally honest with how you feel then you are not ready to heal.
